LEGAL AGREEMENT
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the n555 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Access to n555 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. n555 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether online casino gaming and sports betting are lawful in their jurisdiction. n555 does not warrant that the use of the Platform is legal in any particular location. Players accessing n555 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the n555 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including email address and password. n555 will never request your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify n555 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Players are responsible for ensuring that all personal information on their account remains current. Changes to name, address, or contact details must be communicated to n555 support promptly. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or result in account restrictions pending verification.
n555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods where available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, domestic bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
All account balances at n555 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing rate applied at the time of transaction. n555 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for any exchange rate loss.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. n555 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if KYC documentation is incomplete or inconsistent. Withdrawals will, as a standard practice, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
n555 does not charge deposit fees on JazzCash or Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfer and card transactions may be subject to fees imposed by the Player's financial institution, for which n555 accepts no responsibility. Any applicable withdrawal processing fees will be disclosed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by n555 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading the applicable bonus terms before accepting any offer. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
Standard bonus wagering requirements at n555 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering contributions from different game categories vary – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
n555 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of software errors, coordinated bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or any wagering strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements with low risk exposure. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at n555's sole discretion and are final.
Participation in the n555 VIP loyalty programme is governed by a separate set of programme terms. The VIP programme has five tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond). Tier advancement, loyalty point accumulation rates, and tier benefits are subject to change at n555's discretion with reasonable notice provided to active VIP members.
All games available on the n555 Platform are governed by their individual game rules as published within each game interface. Sports betting markets are governed by n555's sportsbook rules, which cover settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting rules, and result disputes. In the event of a technical fault during a game session or betting event, n555 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Player's account balance.
RNG (Random Number Generator) games at n555 use certified random number generation systems. Results cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including n555 staff. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate as certified by the relevant independent testing laboratory for each game title.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n555 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances at n555's discretion:
All content on the n555 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, and interface design, is the property of n555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without express written consent from n555 is strictly prohibited.
n555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of self-management tools accessible directly from the account settings panel, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion on written request to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n555 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service.
n555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur. n555 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise service interruptions and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
n555 is not responsible for the legality of a Player's use of the Platform in the Player's jurisdiction. The Player assumes all legal and financial risk associated with their access to and use of the Platform.
n555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, with a reasonable notice period (typically 7 days) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the n555 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not agree with amended terms should cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct communication with n555 support shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures published on the Platform. n555 operates under international licensing frameworks appropriate to its service scope.
